Pursuant to Rule 4.13(2)(h) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation t1sYs..the matumum work
required to finalize reclamation at the LP-21 Mine site would be to re-seed th~mp and yazd area
of the property. Based upon Division of Minerals and Geology estimates, the cost to re-seed the
required area using a hand broadcast method is $2,550. Cotter Corporation currently has a
reclamation performance bond with the U.S. Department of Energy for $5000, and a financial
warranty of $100 with the Division of Minerals and Geology.
