Based upon Division of Minerals and Geology estimates, the cost to re-seed the <br />required area using a hand broadcast method is $2,550. Cotter Corporation currently has a <br />reclamation performance bond with the U.S. Department of Energy for $5000, and a financial <br />warranty of $100 with the Division of Minerals and Geology. <br />As requested by the Division's letter of September 25, 2003; the name, address and phone number <br />of the land owner of LP-Z1 is: <br />Department of Energy <br />Attn: Ed Cotter <br />S.M.
