Notice of Violation C-87-012 dated May <br />1987, for failure to update and maintain <br />monitoring reports. <br />2. Notice of Violation C-87=021 dated June 24, <br />1987, for failure to provide a replacement <br />performance bond. <br />3. Notice of Violation C-87-024 dated June <br />30, 1987, for failure to follow the <br />approved mining and reclamation plan. <br />Also enclosed are copies of recent correspondence and <br />memos regarding the above violations as follows: <br />1.
