Both the identities and legal description referenced in the deed are consistent with the permit. Also, find a signed date stamped ver"fiication of not cation to the Weld County Commissioners. For reference, my version of the Division Rules and Regulations part 4.16, as follows, do not reference the need for the above stated not cation. My recolle~kion is that this rule was included in previous version of the Division's Rules and may be an error the Division may desire to verify and correct. Regardless, out of respect for the concern expressed in your correspondence, the notification was performed. I trust this concludes the information necessary for the Division to execute the request of 3 December 2001 of Varna Companies, Inc.
