Two cultural resources (SGA 1015 and <br />SGA2256) have been recorded within the area of "affected ]ands" but neither is eligible for the <br />State Register of Historic Places. <br />Should human remains be discovered during mining activities the requirements under State law <br />CRS 24.80 part 13 must be followed. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
