Please be advised that on July 15, 2004, Rio Blanco County, whose address and telephone number aze
17497 CO SH 64, Raragely, CO 81648; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1998-054, East Douglas
Creek Gravel Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials
Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 36, Township 2S, Range lO1W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Rio Blanco County. The application decision is scheduled for October 13, 2004.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Blanes County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of
the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
If }'ou desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the
ne~t~spaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact the
