Please be advised that on July 15, 2004, Rio Blanco County, whose address and telephone member are
17497 CO SH 64, Rangely, CO 81648; [phone], filed an application to convert M-1998-054, East Douglas
Creek Gravel Pit, a I IO(c} Limited Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials
Permit. The Honing and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 36, Township 2S, Range lO1W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Rio Blanco County. The application decision is scheduled for October 13, 2004.
