Canany <br />Division Director <br />On February 28, 2003, the Division of Minerals and Geology received a technical revision request and a $118 <br />check for the Katuska Pit, Permit No. M-1991-037. And on Mazch 4, 2003, the Division received a $70 check, <br />which represents the remainder of the $188 fee. Upon further review of this request, it was discovered that this <br />requests requires an amendment to the permit and a request to release a portion of the permit azea and, therefore, <br />cannot be handled through a technical revision. Please send the Division a request to withdraw this revision. <br />I have enclosed an application form for your use.
