Please read the document carefully as it <br />summarizes your obligations, rights, and appeal routes with regard to <br />this issue. You have 10 days upon receipt of this letter to request a <br />conference to discuss the penalty. If no written request is made within <br />this period the Division will fix the penalty at whatever amount it deems <br />appropriate oased upon the factors referred to in C.R.S. 1913, <br />34-33-123(8)(d). <br />Also attached is a brief rationale I used in assessing the penalty.
