ACF's <br />evaluation will include rewmmendatiorla for: <br />(a) mitigating any c~dsUng adverse impacts to the flaodplain, and <br />(b) appending a portion of the reclamation plan to insure long tens stability of the river system and flooding. <br />A summary of ACE's findings will be provided to the Division no later than 5:00 PM frlday 1 October 2004 for inclusion <br />into tfie pending Amendment application, scfieduled Pon Public Hearing at the October 2004 Board Meeting. <br />Suluequent to the October Board mcoGng, It fs our understanding that the Division will withdraw the NOV/Reason to <br />Believe, and VCI wilt commence actlvlties to mitigate existing impacts m the ftoodplatn in mnfvm>arxx with the ACE <br />evaluation. Concurrently, ACE will finalize and submit the long-tens flood control/reclamation plan for review try Weld <br />County and FEMA utilizing the Conditlonal litter of Map Revision (CLANK) process. <br />It will take ACS approximately Z months fb finalize the drawings for the flood control/recamation plan and it is anddpat2d <br />that the Weld/FEt~nA review process may take approximately 6 months.
