Watson, whose address and telephone number aze 840 CR# 4 P.O. <br />Box 1056, Meeker, CO 81641; (970) 878-5898, filed an application to convert M-1979-103, Amick Pit, a 110(c) Limited <br />Impact Construction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regulaz Construction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation <br />operation is located at or neaz Section 36, Township 1N, Range 94W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Rio Blanco County. The <br />application decision is scheduled for April 17, 2006. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Blanco County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the offce of <br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Shemtan Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
