Box 1056 ' Divisor Dirnmr <br />Meeker, CO 81641 Natural Resounz rnMee <br />..~-- <br />Re: Receipt of 110(c) to ii2(c) Construction Mate Reclamaiion Permit Conversion Application, Amick <br />Pit, Permit No. M-1979-10~vislon No. CN-1 <br />Dear Ms. Watson: <br />On January 17, 2006, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your 110 to 112 Construction Materials <br />Reclamation Permit Conversion application for the Amick Pit, which is located in Rio Blanco County. All comment and <br />review periods began on January 17, 2006. The decision date for your application is scheduled for Aprii 17, 2006. <br />Within ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the locality of the <br />proposed mining operarion once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the first publication, mail a <br />copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and al] <br />owners of record of lands that ate within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of nofice and mailings, such <br />as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the <br />decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must aiso be reflected in the <br />public review copy which has been placed with the Rio Blanco County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act.
