One of the corrective actions was Abatement Requirement No. <br />8, which required BMRI to reevaluate the tailings constituency in order to de ermine <br />whether the excursion from permit cyanide standards had resulted in a than a in the <br />tailings character. <br />BMRI submitted copies of a reclamation evaluation review report on May 14~ 1993. <br />On August 6, 1993, the Division received comments from you and on AugusK 9, 1993, the <br />PAES submitted their comments regarding the reclamation evaluation report. <br />On August 12, 1993, Jim Pendleton provided comments of his review of BM~iI's report, <br />your comments, and the comments from the PAES. <br />On August 23, 1993, Harry Posey presented his response to the report and comments. <br />On October 1, 1993, the Division received BMRI's response to all of the comlments noted <br />above. <br />Did you or any of your representatives review BMRI's response?
