Colorado 81082 <br />Date/Time of Inspection NnvPmher 17-18, 1983 <br />The Mined Lana Reclamation Division ("the Division") has conducted an <br />inspection of the above mine and has made the findings sta*_ed in the attached <br />schedula and has found violations of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />reecla~nation act, or violations of required permit conditions, listed in the <br />attached schedule. This notice constitutes a separate notice of violation for <br />eaci~ violation listed. <br />You must abate each of these violations within the designated abatement time. <br />lJhere the remedial action requires submission of plans, the plans are to be <br />submitted to the Division within the designated time. You are responsiole for <br />doing all work in a safe manner in compliance with all applicable 14415 and <br />regulations. If you have any questions, please call the Division, (303) <br />865-3507. <br />The undersigned finds that cessation of mining is is not X expressly, <br />er in practical effect, required b~ this notice.
