In attendance at <br />that conference in addition to us, were Mr. Bruce Baker and Mr. Monte Pascoe <br />representing TBM and Mr. Michael Savage and Ms. Candance Thompson representing <br />the MLRD staff. If you concur with the proposed settlement agreement, please <br />sign the forms and return them as directed. If you disagree with the <br />proposal, we will fix the civil penalty and you may appeal to the Board as <br />outlined in our regulations. <br />I appreciate the open manner in which you communicated your opinions and <br />position during the assessment conference.
