He suggested one eras :a resolve this issue was for the applicant t0 <br />represent himself. <br />Kent explained the applicant would have to make the decision .a~ represent himactt; not the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Dave Wissel, representatire, explained he was representing the applicant as a private individual representing a <br />portion of the family enterprise known as G.E.G.E. Aevelopment Consulting, and no other enSity. lde did not <br />believe there was a conflict of interest and he would represent the applicant fairly. <br />Kent declared he thought there was no reason for the representarive to recuse himself, as he did not see a <br />conflict of interest. <br />'thee! He explained what the exact proposal was for clariftcaticn. Mc Wissel also <br />answered questions from the board membora. <br />Kent Rolf, resident of Holiday .Hills for 7 years, gave reasons why ho was opposed to the request. The reasons <br />were because the proposed use violated the Strategic Master Plan, it would affect the wildlife, tlterc would he no <br />way td screen the facility because the neighbors wotdd be looking doom on the property. He also voiced his <br />opinion that otte person should not have pnivrity over 600 .people in rho area and he asked the board to <br />recottunend denial for the request. He explained that he communicated with Jack A31en a»d effezed to purchase <br />the subject property from him to prescrvett, however Mr. Allen declined the request. Kent Rolf answered <br />questions from .the board tnetnbers. <br />FYcd Wisley, Redh211 Forest resident, explained in Ms opinion the[ the application should include mining and <br />crushing of gravel.
