Kent Rolt, resident of Holiday Flills for 7 years, gave reasons why he was opposed to the request. The reasons were becatrsa the proposed use violated the SCratagic Master Plan, it would affect the wildlife, there would be no way to screen the facility because the neighbors would be looking down on the property.
