~ III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />BEFORE THE MTNEb LAND RECLAMATION BOARD <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />Permit No. M-88-112 <br />------------------- <br /> <br /> <br />STIPULATION CONCERNING SITE VISIT AND INSPECTION <br />BATTLE MOUNTAIN RESOURCliS, INC. <br /> <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology, ("the Division"), <br />formerly the Mined Land Reclamation Division; Battle ountain <br />Resources, Inc. ("SMRI"); Costilla County Conservancy District <br />("CCCD"); Jane I. Kircher; and Peoples Alternative En rgy Ser- <br />vices ("PASS") hereby agree that the site visit and i spection of <br />the BMRI mine site near the town of San Luis on July 1, 1992 by <br />members of the Mined Land Reclamation Board shall be ubject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The site visit and inspection will not be p~rt of the <br />record in any pending enforcement or permitting heari g. Accord- <br />ingly, there shall be no right to cross-examine representatives <br />conducting the tour. <br />2. At a subsequent hearing in this case before the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, any party may introduce evide ce concern- <br />ing the site visit into the record. <br />3. Up to six representatives of the Division many attend <br />the site visit. <br />4. Up to four representatives of PAES may attend the site <br />visit. <br />5. Up to five representatives for CCCD may attend the site <br />visit. <br />6. Jane I. Kircher may attend the site visit. <br />
