Box 3 Michael B Long <br /> Granby, CO 80446 Dns on Dnecror <br /> Re: Receipt of 110(2) to 112 Reclamation Permit Conversion Application , <br /> Permit No. M-83-102 , CN-001 <br /> Dear Mr. Thompson: <br /> On November 16, 1995 , the Division of Minerals and Geology received your <br /> reclamation permit conversion application for the Horn Gravel Pit which is <br /> located in Grand County. All comment and review periods began on <br /> November 16, 1995. The decision date for your application is scheduled for <br /> February 14, 1996. <br /> Within ten ( 10) days after submittal , you must publish notice in a newspaper <br /> of general circulation in the locality of the proposed mining operation once a <br /> week for four consecutive weeks . Immediately after the first publication, <br /> mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights and all <br /> owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the boundary of the <br /> affected land. Proof of the notice and mailings , such as Certified Mail - <br /> Return Receipt Requested , must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and <br /> Geology prior to the decision date. <br /> The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate <br /> to meet the requirements of the Act.
