Cattany <br /> Division DlreCtOr <br />' Natural Resource Trustee <br />FROM: Division of Minerals and Geology `7 <br />RE: Unresolved Problems Noted in Past Inspection Reports, Rothe Sand and Gravel, Permit <br />No. M-1995-017 <br />It has come to the attention of the Division of Minerals and Geology that some problems noted in past <br />mine site inspection reports either have not been corrected, or have been corrected, but documentation <br />of the corrective actions taken were not submitted to our office. <br />Please see the enclosed inspection report for your mine site, issued as a result of a past inspection of <br />this site.
