-z- <br />EXIiIBIT S - Permanent Man-Made Structures (Rule 6.4.19): You must provide information <br />sufficient to demonstrate that the stability of any structures located within two hundred (200) feet of the <br />operation or affected land will not be adversely affected. The letter supplied in regard to the CIG <br />gas line states the CIG requirements in regard to the conduct of the mining operation near the gas <br />line. There is no commitment on the part of Lafarge West, Inc. to comply with these terms or to <br />compensate CIG for any damage brought about by the mining operation even though there is <br />clear potential for damage. <br />Your application will not be considered submitted u~il the information listed above is received and found <br />sufficient to begin our review. A decision date will be established 90 days from the date of receipt of all of the <br />requested information. Additionally, if you have already published notice you will need to republish notice, <br />after the Division considers the application subnutted. This notice Hoist be published once a week for four (4) <br />consecutive weeks, starting within ten (10) days of the date your application is considered submitted. We will <br />notify you when you should initiate republication of your notice. The final date for receiving comments is the <br />20th day after the fourth publication or the next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
