As I had mentioned to you during our telephone conversation on Friday, <br />May 26, 1995, the silt fence at the development waste pile was (again) re-installed within a day of <br />the inspection, so that any runoff would be controlled. Rainfall has continued through the <br />weekend and today, so that proper maintenance of ditches or handling of soils cannot be <br />accomplished by the specified abatement date (May 31, 1995).
