Permit No. 1NI-79-158
Dear Mr. Bamhart:
On February 17, 2000, the Division of Minerals and Geology received Application for Succession
of Operators for the Mountain Shadows Pit, Permit No. M-79-158. The Division is retuming this
form as it is not necessary at this time. It is my understanding that the Attomey Generals office
is looking into the Permittee name change and will render a decision as to whether or not a
Succession of Operators will be necessary. Once this has been d ed,the Division will theft
decide the next course of action.
Additional. on January 5. 2000 and on January 13. 2000. the Division received Performance
Warranties for this site. And on April 2, 2000,the Division received United Fire & Casualty
Company Corporate Surety Bond No. 55169594, in the amount of S50,507.00. These forms are
all acceptable with the exception of the Permittee name. Again, once this determination has been
made, the Division will then decide the next course of action.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (303) 866-4920.
Sincerely,
v
Siuziric
Program Assistant
Cc Larry Oehler, DMG
Jim Stevens, DMG
