Canany <br />Colorado S rin s <br />CO 80910 Division Director <br />, <br />P g Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Coal Creek Resources, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1988-044, Revision No. TR-2 <br />Deaz Mr. Davis: <br />On Mazch 24, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to the <br />Division on March 11, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Increase the affected acreage by 31 acres. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1988- <br />044. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1988-044 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $99,768.23 for the Coal Creek Resources, when added to the existing liability amount <br />of $210,000.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in <br />the amount of $99,768.23.
