Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resou¢e Trustee <br />This letter is to provide further clariftcation regazding the issue of CEMEX altering the property deed <br />to state that the A-Pit will not be used for recreation purposes as a final postmining land use. <br />After consultation with the Attorney General's Office, we have determined that you aze not required <br />to alter the deed to exclude recreation as a future use of the property once the mining permit is <br />terminated.
