I added "Bank of Fairplay" to the blank at the top of <br /> page one entitled "Bank". Otherwise, both warranties were adequate for <br /> approval . Unless I hear from you to the contrary, I will presume that this <br /> addition meets with your approval . <br /> I also received your check for $750.00 in payment of the remaining, <br /> unsuspended portion of the civil penalty assessed against you by the Mined <br /> Land Reclamation Board (receipt enclosed) . This payment (and the warranty <br /> package) were received within 30 days of the Board ' s action in this matter. <br /> Thus, the civil penalty in this matter is now resolved. <br /> I have also enclosed a warrant drawn in your company' s favor in tie amount of <br /> $210.00. This is the difference between the $350.00 application Fee you <br /> originally paid and the limited impact application fee of $125.00 This also <br /> closes the matter of the application fee. <br /> Therefore, enclosed please find two signed copies of the limited impact mining <br /> and reclamation permit for the Chaparral Meadows operation. Plea a sign each <br /> permit copy in the space indicated, having your signature notariz d in each <br /> case. Then retain one copy for your records and return the other to our <br /> office within two weeks. This will complete the permitting pro ce s for this <br /> operation. (Please note that I have back-dated each permit to Au ust 13, <br /> 1984, the date on which we received the adequate warranty package ) <br /> Please be advised that all of your original application materials as well as <br /> any subsequent submissions made as a result of adequacy questions asked by our <br /> staff, are considered an integral part of your permit and are inc rporated by <br /> 423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203 T I.
