Miming, Receipt of 110(2) Hard Rock Materlals Reclamation Permit Amendment <br />Application Package, Permit No. M-2003-030, AM-1 <br />Dear Mr. Dorris: <br />On April I1, 2006, the Division of Minerals and Geology received additional materials for your 110(2) Hard Rock <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Amendment application for Glacier Peak Mining, which is located in Teller County. All <br />comment and review periods began on April 11, 2006. The decision date for your application is scheduled for May 11, <br />2006. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all <br />owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of ]ands that <br />are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit <br />proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must <br />also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the Teller County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your applicafion to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act.
