All the burrow entrances <br /> were tilled and tamped so as to <br /> monitor activity. <br />Other No <br />Struc[ural: <br />Differential Settling No <br />Cracks or Slides No <br />Seepage No Amore luxuriant growth of <br /> weeds at the toe of the <br /> downstream slope, north of the <br /> primary spillway, is likely due to <br /> toe ditch collection. This area <br /> needs to be monitored for <br /> possible seepage (inspected at a <br /> time of high water). <br />Other No <br />Appurtenant Structures <br />Defective Spillways Yes Riprap across the bed of the <br /> emergency spillway is <br /> disintegrating. There is no <br /> evidence of erosion at the <br /> emergency spillway. <br />Dewatering Device Clogged Yes A plastic sheet in the bottom of <br /> the gate riser could block or <br /> reduce flows in the principal <br /> spillway.
