No storm drainage improvements are required by Latimer County. <br />However, operation of the Russell Gravel Pit is subject to the requirements of a State approved <br />StortrtwaterManagement Plan. <br />14. Fire Protectloo. Pire protection is provided by the Wellington Fire Protection District. Applicant <br />must provide a hydrant that is not more than 1000•feet from residence, or the residence must Lava one <br />of the following; <br />A. A residential sprinkler system attached to the public water supply, or, <br />B. A residmtinl sprinkler system attached to an individual cistern approved by the Wellington Fire <br />Protection District <br />21. Addressing. Applicant agees that the addressing of the residential lot approved for the Special <br />Review is an important factor for idrnlification and safety during construction. Applicant shall install a <br />temporary address sign before the issuance of any building peemit. <br />22 Public Improvements Opinion of Costs and Guarantee of Improvements. <br />A.
