<br />L The applicant shall provide a landscaping plan for review and approval by the Planning Department <br />as part of their final approval. <br />J. No perking, loading or unloading of any vehicles is allowed in the County right~of--way. Trucks shall <br />not back onto or use the County Road for a turnaround. Latimer County will not issue overweight <br />permits for trucks, and reserve the right to spot check weight on loaded trucks. Finally, the applicant <br />is responsible for prompt and complete removal of material spilled onto the County roadway.. <br />IC The applicant shall obtain a Colorado Process and Stotmwater Discharge Permit for the mining and <br />processing operation from the County Department of Health and Environment, and provide a copy <br />for the file. <br />L. The activities associazed with this use shaft be conducted in accordance with the approved stomtwater <br />management plan and Colorado Process and Stormwater Discharge Permit. <br />M. The residential rue is accessory to the quarry operation. The residence can not be ranted to or used <br />by those not directly associated with the operation of the Russell Grave] Pit. <br />N. Prior to siting and operating a concrete batch plant, the applicant shall provide the County a copy of a <br />valid State Air Emissions Permit. <br />O. The use of a concrete batch plant shall be limited to the aggregate material mined on this site under <br />the limitations contained in the special review. <br />P. All fuel storage shall conform with standazds administrated by the State Oil and Gas Commission, <br />and the Wellington Fire District. <br />Q. The operations shall comply with the Lazimer County Noise Ordinance. _ <br />R. The applicao[ shall provide a revised Fugitive Dust and Erosion Control Plan, and Stomtwater <br />Management Plan, to be reviewed and approved by the County Engineering and Health Departments <br />as part of their final approval. <br />S. Tho applicant shall submit a Sito Plan review for the batch plant, and the batch plant shall be located <br />in the floor of the pit. <br />5. Mlaerol Iateresb. The Property is subject to commercial mineral interests. <br />G Water Ttlghb and Walcr Interests. There are no water rights or water interests. <br />7. Improvements. No infrastructure improvements ere required. <br />8. Conrple4on Data Not applicable. <br />9. Water Supply. Employees of the Russell Gravel Pit will use bottled water. <br />10. Sewage. Employees of the Russell Gravel Pit will use ponable toilets. <br />31. Trenches. There is no trench work to be completed as part oCthis~approval. <br />12. Roods.
