to be a nuisance to property owners.
What about our property values?! I estimate living next to this proposed gravel pit my
property value will be cut in half. My property is my retirement! Will I even be able to
sell it?! This is a very unique place. It is the highest point east of the Rocky Mountains to
the east coast. There should be a pazk here NOT a massive gravel pit.
Access from Soapweed Road on to Highway 24 and/or Judge Orr Road is very dangerous
with a regular automobile. There aze blind hills at each intersection. I can only imagine
lazge trucks trying to negotiate these turns with traffic merging and the increased danger
to the public.
Please come out and take a look at this azea and consider these sensitive issues before you
cast such an important vote. We have a right to live in a safe place. I hope you care
enough about our health, our safety and our welfaze. There are plenty of places to have a
gravel pit out here that would have little to no impact to property owners.
This is about the safety, health and welfaze not only of individuals but of a community!
Sincerely,
~~ ~~
