An Assessment Conference was held at the <br />Division's office on February 9, 1998. In attendance at the <br />conference, in addition to you and me, was Erica Crosby <br />representing the Division and Brad Brown of Seneca Coal Company. <br />If you agree with the penalties, please sign the Settlement <br />Agreement within ten (10) days as instructed on the form. If you <br />disagree with the Settlement Agreement, do not sign it.
