The property is located at 9145 Sunshine Canyon Drive in Section 12, T1N, <br />R72W. <br />In separate motion, the Board of Adjustment upheld the conditions of compliance outlined <br />in the August 22, 19941etter as follows: "...to verify compliance in Utis regard, we ate <br />requiring that you, the owner of the property, provide copies of atl documents submitted <br />to the Division of Minerals and Geology that disclose the location of the sources of all <br />ore to be processed az the Gold Hill Mill.
