Driggers: <br />I am responding to your written request, submitted by IME, for verification of a <br />jurisdictional delineation performed west of the existing Hogue Gravel Pit. This site is <br />located approximately six miles west of Steamboat Springs between Highway 40 and the <br />Yampa River. The legal description is within the S 1/2 S 1/2 of Section 4 and the N 1/2 N <br />1/2 of Section 9, Township 6 North, Range 8~ West, Routt County, Colorado. <br />Based on a site inspection by Susan Bachini NaII of this office on October 1, 2001, <br />we determined that your wetland boundary delineation is accurate. The plan referenced <br />below is an accurate depiction of the limits of Federal jurisdiction under Section 404 of the <br />Clean Water Act. The plan is labeled: <br />Hogue Gravel Pit <br />Wetland Map <br />Date: September 22, 2001 <br />This verification is valid for a period of five years Prom the date of this letter and is <br />based on information supplied by your consukant. If drat information proves to be <br />incorrect, we will adjust our determination accordingly. We have assigned number <br />20017431 to this determination. Please contact me and refer to this number if you have <br />any questions regarding this matter and for permit requirements.
