The operator, James Miner, was present during the
inspection. weather conditions on site were cloudy and warm.
The 110c Mining and Reclamation Permit was issued to mine approximately nine acres. A mine
identification sign was posted at the site
The Bite was not active at the time of the inspection, but the operator had recently
completed the construction of a new floating hydraulic dredge which has been placed in the
pit. The current pit area is approximately one acre, the remainder of the previously mined
site was flooded in 1995 and filled with sediment. The filled area has subsequently
naturally revegetated with an assortment of grasses and fortis. Because of the small area of
current disturbance, and the fact that the remainder of the site is revegetated, the
financial warranty of $11,750.00 is adequate at this time. The operator indicated that he
would like to enlarge the permit area, and plane to submit a new 112c (conversion ? )
application in the near future.
No problems were identified during the inspection.
I a 8 contact Address
NAMB
OPERATOR
STREET
CITY/STAYS/ZIP
r ~B
[' BL
r PS
r NN
r r SE
r wQCD
(cx)
James Miner
Builders Aggregates co., inc.
915 West Beaver Ave.
Pt.
