Things tend to change so much during adequacy that it is not worth
putting together an estimate that will be changed down the road. I also told this to Rick the other day when he asked
for assistance with a 110 bond estimate. That being the case, they may have already the boot-camp bond training
scheduled for May. So I can then sit down with them individually (or all together) to help them put their estimates
together. What-cha think?
-Erica
-----Original Message-----
From: Mounr, Carl
Sent: Monday, April 10, 2006 5:03 PM
To: Wenzel, Richard; Sorenson, Allen; Schreiner, Tom; Crosby, Erica
Cc: Humphries, Bruce
Subject: FW: Permit #: M-1982-015
Hello all,
This application was deemed complete on March 29. Publication may have happened the week of April 3 so I am
assuming that the public comment period will be over sometime in the week of May 15 or so. I believe this
application involves an already mined Siegrist Pit along the St. Vrain River that another company is putting a slurry
wall around and building houses next to.
think Deb needs comments by no later than May 12, 2006 for engineering stability and floodplain/way issues.
The adequacy review letter should go out about a week after that so Erica may need to provide comments during
the week of May 15. Can do?
Please let me know
60
