Yes, a fax by the end of the week will give me
a little extra time to get things together.
Again, thanks for all of your help.
Jodi
-----Original Message-----
From: Gonima, Deb [mailto:deb.gonima~state.co.us]
Sent: Monday, May 15, 2006 12:30 PM
To: 'Jodi Villa'
Subject: RE: DMG Comments (3811-DMG)
Jodi,
Not for the public comment period, only the new entities being notified for
the first time need a new 20 days. So, what you need to do is mail the
public notice (certified) that you drafted (change the date from May 16 to
read "within 20 days of receipt" or something to that effect) to each entity
that owns a man-made structure onsi~te and/or within 200 feet of the permit
boundaries. Each entity gets 20 days from the receipt of the notice, and we
only know what the end of the 20 days is when you get back the last green
cert card and you add 20 days from the date they signed it, Make sense?
As for the MIA neighbor who hasn't sent back the card because they haven't
received the notice yet...all you need to do is go on USPS & find out how to
get info about how many times & dates that delivery was attempted. Print it
out, & send it to us so we all have proof that an honest attempt to deliver
was made.
As for the ground water question, I want to get you the clearest picture of
what we need. And that info will come from our hydrologist. His review of
the amendment application for hydrologic issues will accompany my adequacy
review letter. We'll still be sending this info soon, regardless of the new
20 day comment period for those owners of man-made structures within 200
feet of the permit boundaries. My hope is to get you all of this info by COB
Friday of this week. If it's of help to you I can also fax the package on
Friday (hopefully) at the same time as I mail it out, so that you have it
ASAP.
Let me know if you have other questions.
Thanks,
-Deb
-----Original message-----
From: Jodi Villa [mailto:JVi11a~Meurer.com]
Sent: Monday, May 15, 2006 11:36 AM
To: 'Gonima, Deb'
Subject: RE: DMG Comments (3811-DMG)
Deb,
28
