I received your phone message regarding testing of the Bayshore ponds with
water in the ponds. It sounds like the DMG is okay with it, if we get
approval from the State Water Board, yes? Do you know who to talk to? What
is the procedure for testing with water in the ponds?

Deb,
On your inspection report comments, number 7, you talk about details and
cross sections of erosion mitigation technique/structures. On page DT-1 of
the reclamation plan for the pond (which is included in Exhibit F of the
package you have), there are erosion control details. Do you want more than
this? They are EPA, CDOT and County standards.
Also, I remember us talking about the existing permitted area vs. what the
amended permited area is. Were you going to verify the existing area of the
permit?
