Gonima, Deb
From: Gonima, Deb
Sent: Monday, May 15, 2006 2:59 PM
To: 'Jodi Villa'
Subject: RE: DMG Comments (3811-DMG)
Jodi,
I have those schematic drawings, but what I am wondering is which of these will be used,
and where. What you provided is great in detail, but I am unclear as to which techniques
and structures will be employed and where.
We are confirming the current permit boundaries, but that is information that Mr. Siegrist
should have from his current permit, and should be able to provide to you. All we need are
the current permit boundaries clearly marked, so that we can compare what is in the ground
with what is on paper. Then, once this amendment is approved, we'll need the newly revised
boundaries marked, instead.
Thanks,
-Deb
-----Original Message-----
From: Jodi Villa [mailto:JVi11a~Meurer.com]
Sent: Monday, May 15, 2006 1:01 PM
To: 'Gonima, Deb' -
Subject: RE: DMG Comments (3811-DMG)
Deb,
On your inspection report comments, number 7, you talk about details and
cross sections of erosion mitigation technique/structures. On page DT-1 of
the reclamation plan for the pond (which is included in Exhibit F of the
package you have), there are erosion control details. Do you want more than
this? They are EPA, CDOT and County standards.
Also, Z remember us talking about the existing permitted area vs. what the
amended permited area is. Were you going to verify the existing area of the
permit?
Thanks,
Jodi
-----Original Message-----
From: Gonima, Deb [mailto:deb.gonimac~state.co.us]
Sent: Friday, May 12, 2006 10:41 AM
To: 'Jodi Villa'
Subject: RE: DMG Comments (3811-DMG)
Jodi,
You're Very welcome.
One quick question: have you given notice (same as public notice) to the
utilities w/in 200 feet of the site - i.e. CDOT, Kerr McGee for the Oil/Gas
well, power lines (XCel?), & whoever owns the water main in between ponds 1
& 2? This is necessary so that they have an opportunity to comment. See #8
on pg ii the application under notice requirements.
Please let me know.
Thanks.
-Deb
23
