(Carma). The project is located along the north bank of the <br />St. Vrain River, east of Interstate 25. Carma will be performing reclamation activities to the three existing lakes. The reclamation project consists <br />of grading activities and slurry wall consWction. <br />In accordance with the requirements of C.R.S. 34-32.5-~ 15(4)(e), Carma acknowledges that they will be the responsible and financially liable party <br />in the case of damage to existing utilities dudng the reclamation project. <br />Please acknowledge you receipt of this letter by signing and returning it to my attention. <br />Also, it seems that this letter should be on Carma Letterhead with a return to your attention.
