Why don't you and I talk to him tcgether <br />13 about that. <br />14 I do say as the chairman, now, I do <br />15 anticipate participating in that, and I'll also give you <br />16 a clue of my intentions, and my intentions are that I am <br />17 going to ask as a co-hearing officer, or whatever it is, <br />18 that we seek an amendment to the board order. <br />19 with regard to some of the procedures that <br />20 are held hereby when this prehearing order was put <br />21 together on August 3d, we were still looking at receiving <br />22 a lot of testimony that, I think, that this board did <br />23 piecemeal, be it orally, be it writing, or whatever <br />24 fashion has been fed, and I realize we have not received <br />25 all the information and all the testimony that we're <br />
