And our recommendation pr~~bably <br />11 would be that if all this is taken care of, that '=hey <br />12 have satisfied the board with respect to the violation, <br />13 the board would be able to go forward at that poi~Zt and <br />14 hear the amendment. BANTA: How many things would have <br />23 actually occurred on the ground. <br />24 MR. DONALD: How many things are going to <br />25 be outstanding like the tree planting because of seasonal <br />
