The division has <br />6 been receptive to input from others, but usually these <br />7 things are hashed out here, and I think we would sgree <br />8 with Mr. Briggs that this is not the place for doing the <br />9 nuts and bolts. <br />10 CHAIRMAN O'CONNOR: We agree. <br />11 MR. ROSEN$ERG: A finished plan should be <br />12 brought here. There are just a few items; one, t.ze <br />13 amount of the bond, and I note that, you know--another <br />14 matter--comments have been raised concerning how :pond <br />15 amounts are calculated, and, obviously, the division is <br />16 sensitive to it, and the board is now aware of some of <br />17 those concerns. <br />18 The last thing is the proposed plan. It <br />19 doesn't seem to really address prevention of the <br />20 occurrence for which you have a corrective action plan <br />21 now.
