• • 10 <br />1 that was the unsuspended portion of the fine and <br />2 submitted on October 6 a very detailed corrective action <br />3 plan which went much further, we believe, than whet the <br />4 board required. It provides for the deadlines for <br />5 completing things starting in October, which we've: <br />6 already done some of the work, going all the way through <br />7 April; and so this is the reason that we have filed this <br />8 motion. <br />9 We ask that either the board determine <br />10 that we are eligible for hearing and eligible for <br />11 issuance of a permit because we're not in violaticn <br />12 status; or, in the alternative, take the testimony and <br />13 defer the decision until at some point later. Neither <br />14 Castle Concrete nor the objectors want to continue these <br />15 trips, nor does the board want to see us on a regular <br />16 basis, but this is the reason that we made that request. <br />17 And it's certainly--I think the record <br />18 will show that Castle has, in fact, spent hours trying to <br />19 put together something that is correct, and it's <br />20 certainly something long-term, and we have a number of <br />21 objectors who have objected to the corrective action <br />22 plan. And certainly that would--I think it's a division <br />23 area of concern rather than for the board to determine, <br />24 but I think we can get it resolved, and we will certainly <br />25 try to resolve any of the technical issues by the end of <br />
