LEGAL RIGHT TO ENTER <br />Exhibit N -AMENDMENT 2 <br />Source of Legal Right to Enter <br />In the first amendment, the legal right to enter was provided by notarized statements. This <br />second amendment does not modify those statements in any way. <br />The land to be mined which is being added under this second amendment is owned by a <br />different party. The legal right to enter for area is covered by lease.
