RECLAMATION COSTS <br />Exhibit L -AMENDMENT 2 <br />Reclamation Costs <br />On the following four pages are the calculations for the estimated reclamation cost for the ENTIItE plan <br />which includes the current permitted reclamation costs plus the additional costs for the Amendment 2 area. <br />These costs include the cost for producing the slurry wall at the end of the operation. The slurry wall costs are <br />based on the 100% cost option and $3.00 per square foot. <br />The total estimated reclamation costs are: $793,874.15 (ORIGINAL BOND CALCULATION) <br />(of that amount $670,647.90 is attributable to the slurry wall cost) <br />AMENDMENT 2 BOND CALCULATION RESULTS: <br />The total estimated reclamation costs are: $911,874. l5 <br />(of that amount $670,647.90 is atir~butable to the slurry wall cost) <br />(Increase is primarily attributed to the addition of 185,000 cubic yards of backfilling for Amendment 2 <br />area.
