Site SCF1937 (which
has a prehistoric and a historic componertt} and site SCF2213 (a prehistoric site) were both
determined to be not eligible for listing on the National Register of Historic Places on August 2l ,
2006 by the BLM. Our office concurred with those determinations of eligibility and also concurred
with the Ending by the BLM that the proposed mining activities in the 20 acre parcel would have no
effect on historic properties.
Thank you for the opportunity to comment. If we may be of further assistance, please contact Greg
Wolff, Compliance Coordinator, at (303) 866-4674.
Sincerely,
/~?~~
Georgianna Contiguglia
State Historic Preservation Officer
GC/GAW
