Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Nature) Resource Trustee <br />On June 24, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the Division <br />on Mazch 4, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Change the post-mining land use from recreation to developed water resource. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1979-195. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1979-195 remain in full force and effect.
