On September 22, 2003, DMG received your notice to commence reclamation of Herbert
Placer, dated September 20, 2003 and addressed to Sunnyside Gold Corporation, Eugene
Megyesy with Dufford & Brown, and DMG. Enclosed with the notice to commence
reclamation was a notice of termination of lease, dated September 20, 2003 and addressed
to Gold King Mine Corporation.
Please clarify whether Sunnyside Gold Corporation and/or Gold King Mines Corporation has
legal right to enter the portions of the Herbert Placer mill site which are located within the
DMG permit boundary for reclamation purposes.
