Long <br />prvision Director <br />The Division has issued Notice of Violation (NOV) No. C-95-023 at the Seneca II-W Mine for <br />failure to grade the disturbed area as approved in the reclamation plan, and failure to construct <br />the Pit B drains a as approved in the reclamation plan. The violation was observed during the <br />last inspection September 27, 1995 aerial inspection), and has been discussed with you since <br />then. Since the area has been permanently reclaimed, and the reclaimed topography does not <br />represent the approved postmining contours, the Division concludes that Seneca Coal Company <br />is in violation of the approved rmning and reclamation plan. <br />You may, within 15 days of receipt of this notice, submit written information about the violation <br />to the Diviston.
