The same bond will also cover the amended permit area. Alan
Parkerson has reviewed and finds acceptable your.cost calculations to reclaim all of the
lands, and Parkerson will deliver to DMG a bond increase rider, or replacement bond, to
increase the bond coverage to $144,697.00.

This letter also confirms our previous conversation regarding Parkerson's plans to
achieve a 3H:1 V slope on the side walls in pit expansion Area A. To achieve the desired
3H:1 V slope, Parkerson will over cut and push material down from the top.
Please contact me if you have any gcestions or require additional information.
Yours truly,
Milton .Derrick, Agent
Pazkerson Construction, Inc.
Alan Parkerson
Gregory K.
